We provide a support ticket system for customers to contact us. This allows customers to exchange information with the support team and review past responses.
Our first line support team has a target response time of within 60 minutes.
We also offer a discussion section for general queries that may not be specificaly related to orders with Servertastic. There is no SLA for responding in the discussion forum by Servertastic staff. We also ask that you do not post any private account informaiton as it is a public discussion form.
Within the discussion section we have a frequenty asked questions section which is updated by Servertastic staff. This can often help customers resolve frequent issues. You can also add further comments to the FAQ artices.
