Restricted Domain Names and Regions
It is not possible to supply HTTPS certificates to some countries, including the TLD for those countries even if the certificate will be used in a different country. This is due to sanctions imposed on the CAs either by their own government or another.
It is likely that no global CA will be able to issue HTTPS certificates to these countries. Instead, you will have to contact a country-specific CA in that country.
The table below lists the country codes and countries that we are unable to supply certificates for.
