I ordered an HTTPS certificate for the wrong domain. Can I change it?

If you have generated or completed an HTTPS certificate order using the wrong domain name, the domain on the existing order cannot be changed.

You will need to create a new order using the correct domain name.

If the original order is less than 30 days old

The original order can be cancelled.

What happens after cancellation depends on how you paid:

Points

If the order was generated using points, the points used for the cancelled order will be automatically credited back to your Servertastic account.

You can then create a new order using the correct domain name.

PAYG

If the order was generated using PAYG, you can request either:

• a new order token, allowing you to place a new order using the correct domain name; or
• a refund for the cancelled order.

If the original order is more than 30 days old

Orders more than 30 days old cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for a refund or credit.

You will need to purchase or generate a new order using the correct domain name.
