DigiCert have introduced regional pricing to all partners. As such we have had to implement a number of changes to both our retail website and reseller system. For further information about the regional pricing please see our Regional Pricing article.

From 31 May 2021 Thawte branded certificates will no longer be available via the retail website. They will only be available via the reseller portal. This change is as a result of Servertastic moving to streamline our product offering to retail customers.

Updates to the DigiCert validation process mean they now align with Sectigo. FILE and DNS Auth strings should be placed on the relevent sub-domain if the order is for a sub-domain.

API responses using XML are being deprecated. Support is no longer available when using the XML API.

It is now possible to obtain the Site Seal information from the order page. Cimply click the Obtain Site Seal button. This will then either display teh Site Seal code or a URL of where to obtain the Site Seal depending on the product.

We have improved the search function when generating an order. Resellers should now find it much easier to find the required product.

A new API domain has been added.

We have made some updates to the Multi-Domain certificates available. This change currently only applies to reseller accounts.

It is now possible to order HTTPS certificates on a plan for up to 6 years.
