We are aware of a number of issues regarding SSL certificates and the status of orders. This is now being resolved and will be fixed within the hour.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

We are aware that there have been a few issues over the last month with Sectigo orders. This is mainly due to Sectigo having essential maintenance works. We are under the impression that this will become less frequent moving forward.

Thank you for your continued patience.

We have updated the Regional Pricing document with the new information.

You can now purchase using the standard pricing and the regional pricing check will not be applied except for the Japan region.

Shortly the ROW products will be removed from the product list and we will be updating the retail website.

We have recently added the ability to manage your site seal settings. This is for Geotrust, Thawte and DigiCert products which have additional options. You should now see the Manage Site Seal button appear on these orders.

For more information please see our help document: Manage Site Seal

DigiCert have introduced regional pricing to all partners. As such we have had to implement a number of changes to both our retail website and reseller system. For further information about the regional pricing please see our Regional Pricing article.

From 31 May 2021 Thawte branded certificates will no longer be available via the retail website. They will only be available via the reseller portal. This change is as a result of Servertastic moving to streamline our product offering to retail customers.

Updates to the DigiCert validation process mean they now align with Sectigo. FILE and DNS Auth strings should be placed on the relevent sub-domain if the order is for a sub-domain.

If you order for sub.example.com then the FILE or DNS string should be placed on sub.example.com

If your order is for example.com and sub.example.com then the FILE or DNS string can be placed on example.com to validate both.

API responses using XML are being deprecated. Support is no longer available when using the XML API.

Responses using XML will no longer be available after 31 March 2021.

It is now possible to obtain the Site Seal information from the order page. Cimply click the Obtain Site Seal button. This will then either display teh Site Seal code or a URL of where to obtain the Site Seal depending on the product.

This is also available via the API. The Site Seal is now returned as part of the Review call as site_seal
