# Billing

Information about Servertastic Billing

## Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted during the checkout process

* Visa
* Mastercard
* American Express
* PayPal

## Viewing Invoices

Customers can view and download their invoices through the Servertastic billing portal.

You can access the billing portal from your Servertastic account dashboard or go directly to <https://app.servertastic.com/portal>.

Invoices issued from **1 September 2024 onwards** are available in the billing portal. This is the date Servertastic moved to the current billing system.

For invoices issued **before 1 September 2024**, please contact the Servertastic billing team using the [contact form](https://www.servertastic.com/contact).

## Refunds

Refunds are available on orders not yet complete or completed within the last 30 days. To request a refund visit the specific order management page and cancel the order. Once the order is cancelled there will be the option to Restart or Refund.

Click Refund and a refund request will be placed. Refunds are processed by the end of the next working day.

  Refunds are not available for orders completed more than 30 days prior. Account points are also non-refundable.

## Managing Payment Methods

Saved payment methods can be managed through the Servertastic billing portal.

Access the billing portal from your Servertastic account dashboard or go directly to <https://app.servertastic.com/portal>, then select **Payment Methods**.

From here you can add a new payment method or remove an existing payment method.
